NVIDIA has added new tools to its open-source Agent Toolkit. Companies use it to customize and control agents, feed them internal data for their answers and actions, and monitor what they do.
On October 20, Japan opened AI agents to its ministries through Gennai on a trial basis and published rules for users, administrators and developers. The framework restricts agents' permissions, requires human approval for important tasks, bans the most sensitive category of information and makes the administration responsible for the work done, with only two risk levels.
NVIDIA says demand from AI-native companies is accelerating Europe's AI cloud market. Its cloud partners in Europe, the Nordics, Africa and Central Asia are adding regional compute so developers can work closer to their data and serve open models.

At GTC Berlin, NVIDIA is showing its full range of local AI hardware: RTX Spark for personal agents on Windows PCs, DGX Spark for developers on Linux and DGX Station for enterprise teams. A Windows version of DGX Station is due in December.
